Here, I tell you how it all began, from the sketch to the creation of PINUA.

Where does Pinua come from?
Pinua means "pine" in Basque, in homage to the pine trees that line the French Atlantic coast. The logo incorporates a cherry, a nod to the famous Itxassou cherry, grown in the Basque Country.

Responsible Fashion
The swimsuits are made in Portugal with Italian fabrics certified to OEKO-TEX standard 100. By choosing to produce in Europe, the brand supports local expertise while minimizing its carbon footprint.
The jewelry adorning the Arca and Pyla models is crafted in Spain. And to remain true to PINUA's values, the packaging combines aesthetics and sustainability.

It was during this period that I began to design PINUA, to participate in trade fairs to meet specialized factories, and to lay the foundations of my project.
Creation of PINUA
August 2024
PINUA was born during the summer of 2024. It was at this time that I designed the first models with our partner factory in Portugal.

The launch of PINUA marked the beginning of an inspiring adventure. With reversible jerseys, combining style and sustainability, I realized my vision: to offer elegant and responsible fashion, in line with my values.
